Every year NAIA’s conferences tackle numerous complex and contentious animal issues – and we earn rave reviews while doing so. Our presentations, panels, and workshops are led by world-renowned animal experts who strive to inspire and empower, helping conference attendees make a difference within their communities, careers, and hobbies.

We have been on the leading edge of exploring tough questions and seeking novel solutions to animal problems. Many ideas that are now fairly mainstream – pet overpopulation vs. retention issues, dog importation, toxoplasmosis, the dark side of early spaying and neutering – saw their earliest light at our conferences, and we continue to fearlessly tackle new issues as they arise.
In 2025, we would love for you to attend our annual conference… and before we plan it, we also want your input!

Travel is expensive and can be difficult to plan – especially for people whose lives revolve around caring for animals. There may also be major events occurring – dog shows, reptile expos, animal career days, rodeos, and countless other commitments – that make it difficult for our supporters to attend. So for 2025, why don’t you tell us where and when you’d like the annual conference to take place, and sell us on why your idea is the best!
Write us at naia@naiaonline.org, discuss it online, and let’s have some fun hashing this out!
