And if you haven&#8217;t done so already, <a title=\"Pull PETA's hateful, dishonest billboard\" href=\"https:\/\/www.change.org\/p\/outfront-media-pull-peta-s-hateful-dishonest-billboard\" target=\"_blank\">please sign it<\/a>\u00a0today and share it with everybody\u00a0you know who loves dogs and hates smear tactics (hint: that should mean\u00a0a lot of people)!<\/p>\n<p>Freedom of speech has few limitations in the United States &#8212; even the sensationalist, hateful speech\u00a0<a title=\"Group blasts PETA 'Holocaust' project\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2003\/US\/Northeast\/02\/28\/peta.holocaust\/\" target=\"_blank\">practiced by PETA<\/a>\u00a0is protected by the first amendment. That&#8217;s why it is so important for companies to draw distinctions between business practices that are legally allowable and ones that are ethically sound.<\/p>\n<p>PETA&#8217;s misleading advertisement is intended\u00a0to hurt dog breeders (specifically, AKC breeders) right before a <a title=\"&quot;The Denver Dog Show&quot;\" href=\"http:\/\/denverdogshow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">major dog show<\/a>\u00a0takes place.<\/p>\n<p>Help us turn this around. Exercise\u00a0<em>your\u00a0<\/em>freedom of speech now by signing our petition.
