An order from an irritated judge made it happen:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; padding-left: 30px; padding-right: 30px;\"><em>\u201cLet me tell you something,\u201d Brandt interrupted. \u201cThese people have been without their animal for over a year. OK?
